Requirements

The position is remote and field-based, requiring up to 75% travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage personal expenses for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

The System Field Analyst will drive optimal site performance from go-live through customer acceptance by partnering with Senior Field Analysts. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth system performance analysis, identifying and documenting bot system defects, and developing solutions in collaboration with technical and development teams. The role involves entering and updating tickets via Jira, communicating with stakeholders via email and Confluence, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Analysts will also prepare and readiness efforts, tasks, and testing for successful system implementation at customer sites, and drive a professional teamwork environment.
