Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience in consulting, design and innovation (preferably with exposure to Indian SI’s)
  • Proven track record in lead generation and winning work, with ideally a black book of senior C-suite relationships
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with senior leaders
  • Skilled in lead generation, outreach, and market engagement
  • Strong collaboration with leadership and marketing teams for aligned growth
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for innovation and understanding client needs to drive success
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and believes in teamwork
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; adaptable, quick-thinking, and keen to learn and grow
  • Deep market expertise in needs and challenges of C-Suite leadership (particularly in FS, consumer goods, telcos, manufacturing/automotive), especially Design leaders, Product Owners, Chief Digital Officers

Responsibilities

  • Lead opportunity creation and conversion: Build relationships directly with prospective WD Clients focusing on Product Experience and Marketing Transformation by leveraging WD props and success cases to proactively unlock opportunities
  • Partner with senior Infosys Industry leaders (Industry Heads, Vertical Heads, MCO’s, Practice Sales) to unlock opportunities
  • Productise offerings into a repeatable, client-challenge-focused approach and manage senior-level relationships for mutual benefit
  • Grow through outreach (market engagement, event lead gen, B2B marketing, networking); comfortable hosting events in Infosys Tech & Innovation Centre, Düsseldorf and through partners (e.g., Handelsblatt)
  • Develop and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with senior Client leaders, demonstrating understanding of their operational context and aligning WD’s expertise to their business challenges
  • Identify, prioritise, and drive ‘top of the funnel’ channels to significantly increase quality opportunities
  • Manage and negotiate multiple deals and client/account relationships simultaneously, navigating complex discussions and growing long-term value relationships
  • Structure and automate sales processes with systems and rituals for strategic operations
  • Provide marketing insights, feedback, and collaboration to optimise lead conversion and external messaging
  • Leverage insights to inform and enhance market engagement activities, driving awareness and deepening relationships in target sectors
  • Drive external storytelling to showcase work, elevating brand presence and reputation in the market
