Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in neuromodulation or similar medical device sales. They must have a strong understanding of the medical device industry, particularly in the US market, and possess a comprehensive knowledge of Medtronic’s products and services. Candidates should also hold a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)A, and demonstrate experience in managing large accounts and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

The Neuromodulation & PH-DBS- Key Account Supervisor will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic’s products and services within a designated geographical area and/or specific customer accounts, aiming to achieve or exceed sales targets. They will develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals, and identify potential clients, assess their needs, and provide product and service solutions. The role involves conducting market research, implementing market development plans, and relaying customer feedback to internal stakeholders. Furthermore, the supervisor will guide and mentor lower-level sales personnel, manage sales processes and accounts involving multiple team members, and drive customer adoption and penetration of Medtronic products. They will also improve sales processes and tools, demonstrate sound judgment in selecting solutions, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding policies and procedures. Finally, they will manage large accounts, delegate tasks, and oversee the review of product knowledge.
