  • Proficiency in leading agile/scaled agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding product features, prioritisation, and trade-offs, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact
  • Knowledge to ensure the product delivers a high-quality user experience by understanding customer needs, gathering feedback, and iterating on features based on user insights
  • Expertise in driving the standardisation of business and integration analysis across multiple markets and countries
  • Ability to collaborate to set standards and improve data practices across Visa Direct and refine requirements for Pay
