Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- Preferred: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 3 or more years in a product ownership role or scrum master in an agile team
- 5 or more years experience in payment industry - FX, cross border payments, SWIFT payments, ACH payments, ISO 20022, global instant payments schemes
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Proven experience working in an Agile methodology environment (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical and business requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience defining process mapping, driving data transformation, migration and reconciliation projects
- Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs; solid technical competence in XML, JSON and other message syntax and basic Java knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in cross-border payment processes and find innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple product requirements concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Supporting and completing key service integration activities for Visa Direct with financial institutions and payment network partners
- Gathering and interpreting business requirements
- Identifying and building improvements to Visa’s cross border network offering
- Enabling cross-border payments across the world, ensuring Visa Direct capabilities are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized to facilitate quick, secure and reliable transactions
