Requirements
Candidates should possess network, systems administration, and DDI experience, along with strong communication skills – both written and verbal, and expertise in Linux and ISC BIND. Recent and strong background with BlueCat, ideally with BlueCat certification, and working knowledge of Infoblox and Diamond IP, ideally with those certifications as well.
Responsibilities
The Network Perimeter Browsing role involves reviewing change request forms, collaborating with requestors, testing changes in lab and production, implementing and validating changes, providing technical information, troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP issues, generating monthly customer reports, training teammates, recommending process and technical improvements, and working closely with customers, partners, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
