Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent), minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a network engineer in complex environments, and strong proficiency with Cisco networking hardware and software (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent). Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are also essential.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams supporting applications and infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), mentoring junior network team members, and participating in on-call rotation.
A strong candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience in complex network environments, Cisco proficiency (CCNA/CCNP), deep IP networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, plus excellent communication to collaborate across teams and mentor juniors.
