Requirements

Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in NetSuite modules like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets Management, Revenue Recognition, Lease Management, Billing Schedules, Advanced Procurement, Advanced Financials, Intercompany management, Multi-Book Accounting and Taxation
Experience monitoring and administering account management, roles, user access, profile creation, security administration
Ability to develop advanced complex financial reports and saved searches, custom records, dashboards, and analytics
Working knowledge of CSV imports, Advanced PDF, report analytics, SuiteScripts, and testing procedures
Ability to create and optimize workflows to streamline financial processes
Experience designing and maintaining a comprehensive architectural vision for NetSuite
Ability to design scalable, future-proof NetSuite solutions aligning with business objectives and best practices
Expertise in providing guidance on system optimization, customization, and integration strategies
Experience leading evaluation and implementation of advanced NetSuite features and modules
Knowledge to establish and enforce NetSuite best practices and governance policies
Ability to train, inform, and support users on system functionality, enhancements, configuration, and best practices
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience troubleshooting NetSuite functionality bugs, reporting errors, and integration malfunctions
Up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations
Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to understand requirements and build systems
Understanding of complex financial scenarios including revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, and advanced billing
Experience designing and implementing advanced modules, reconciliation processes, and audit trails
Knowledge to develop and optimize financial closing processes, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks
Ensure NetSuite configurations adhere to accounting standards, financial regulations, and audit requirements
Experience leading adoption of AI-powered features within NetSuite for financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision support
Ability to design and implement intelligent automation solutions for financial processes
Experience developing smart workflows leveraging AI for approvals, compliance, and reducing manual intervention
Knowledge of emerging AI technologies applicable to NetSuite and financial systems
