Requirements

Candidates must have a relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience, with at least 5-8 years of experience in ERP software implementations. A proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions, requirements, solution design, and customer presentations is required. Strong technical competence and domain knowledge of ERP and Enable products, including researching new releases and updates, is essential. Experience in identifying technical strengths and weaknesses of team members and mentoring them is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The .NET Technical Architect will act as a conduit between customers and technical teams, ensuring software customizations meet agreed requirements and providing guidance on technical solutions. Responsibilities include creating estimates, resolving customer problems, developing strong customer and internal team relationships, and taking ownership of multiple solutions. The role involves actively contributing to solution implementation through coding and resolving technical issues, partnering with functional consultants and clients on solution design, and providing solution architecture support and technical guidance to team members. Additionally, the architect will assess product gaps, raise requirements to R&D, identify and address internal process gaps, document technical designs, resolve escalated technical issues, and lead by example through high-quality development work. The role also includes accurately tracking billable work and ensuring timely timesheet submission.
