Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of technical experience in data analysis and web application development. Proven expertise is required in migrating complex .NET applications to newer frameworks, preferably .NET 8 or above, within large enterprise environments. Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (YAML and classic) for automated deployments and test gate configuration is essential. The role demands the ability to analyze data to solve business problems, design and develop appropriate data movement and orchestration tools, and create modular, reusable code. Experience working with agile delivery teams, performing unit and integration testing, and ensuring code quality through version control and code reviews is necessary. Strong SQL database design, optimization, and ETL support skills are required, along with a solid understanding of star schema, snowflake schema, data architecture, and design principles. Experience working in multiple cloud ecosystems such as ADLS/Databricks/ADF/ASA, Snowflake, or other cloud-based platforms is expected. The ability to thoroughly test and clearly document code, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and translate requirements between business, project management, and technical projects is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, be a team player, and possess the ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

The .NET Full Stack & Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET 4.8. They will create, configure, and maintain robust Azure CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications, including automated builds, tests, and deployments. Collaboration with business analysts, product managers, and engineers is expected to assess migration strategies, propose solutions for legacy services, and ensure detailed documentation and best practices. The engineer will implement hybrid cloud solutions, utilizing automation, orchestration, and integration of infrastructure services. Key duties include developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex SQL stored procedures and database schemas. Utilization of the Databricks platform and notebooks for big data processing, ETL jobs, and advanced analytics with Python/SQL is required. The role involves researching, adopting, and implementing Cloud 3.0 technologies for data management, security, and distributed computing. Maintaining technical documentation and providing ongoing mentoring and training to team members are also responsibilities. The engineer will work with Business Intelligence and Software engineers to ensure code optimization and appropriate tool selection for various tasks.
