Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in natural gas commodity sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and a strong understanding of competitive natural gas markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are also required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
The Natural Gas Account Executive will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for natural gas and energy solutions, prospecting and qualifying new leads, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves leading compelling sales presentations, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, maximizing margins while delivering value to clients, and staying ahead of market trends to propose innovative solutions. The Account Executive will also collaborate on lead generation strategies, share market intelligence, and provide weekly sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
