Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or science; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in the bio-pharma industry working in US and/or Global commercial teams
  • Prior experience in Cell and/or Gene Therapies highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead other leaders, influence in a matrix organization, and drive operational rigor
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and develop a team
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, provide customer-oriented solutions, and manage complex cross-functional issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and engage with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the treatment site footprint strategy with cross-functional input and alignment
  • Oversee treatment site onboarding and activation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless strategy execution
  • Oversee the internal onboarding process, proactively identifying and removing obstacles to meet deadlines and evolving customer needs
  • Prioritize resources to enable rapid expansion to new patient opportunities and support network growth
  • Continuously innovate and improve onboarding processes to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure readiness for future pipeline assets
  • Leverage customer and market insights to inform and refine the treatment site network strategy
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable team environment, prioritizing professional development and leadership growth
  • Empower and influence cross-functional working groups to act with urgency on behalf of patients
  • Champion diversity and inclusion within the team and across stakeholder engagements
  • Maintain a patient-centric approach, working collaboratively to remove obstacles and deliver optimal outcomes
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are executed within regulatory and legal guidelines
  • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of customers and marketplace, key accounts, regional market dynamics, company policies, and top competitors and their potential strategies
