Responsibilities

Escalation of the supplier for new business
Ensure raw material availability for pilot buildings and the start of production
Ensure raw material parameters prior to the start of production
Ensure correct transference of raw material from flow 4 (New business) to flow 5 (Regular production)
Coordinate actions with SCM and PLPL groups to fix supplier issues (Capacity, PPAP, PO)
Monitor raw material status for different programs with PC&L of different plants
Confirm EDI releases with the supplier for new part numbers
Participate in program manager meetings
Support in the escalation of engineering changes
Support Program Management for new program launches
Ensure PC&L of the plants follow the correct procedure for buildout events
