Responsibilities

  • Escalation of the supplier for new business
  • Ensure raw material availability for pilot buildings and the start of production
  • Ensure raw material parameters prior to the start of production
  • Ensure correct transference of raw material from flow 4 (New business) to flow 5 (Regular production)
  • Coordinate actions with SCM and PLPL groups to fix supplier issues (Capacity, PPAP, PO)
  • Monitor raw material status for different programs with PC&L of different plants
  • Confirm EDI releases with the supplier for new part numbers
  • Participate in program manager meetings
  • Support in the escalation of engineering changes
  • Support Program Management for new program launches
  • Ensure PC&L of the plants follow the correct procedure for buildout events
