Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance distribution and different distribution methods
  • Proven relationship management skills and a track record of achieving exceptional sales results
  • Proven ability in developing and executing sales and distribution plans
  • Strong commercial skills in analyzing, planning, strategy, key relationships, and performance management
  • Awareness of legal and compliance issues
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Producing/Issuing Office service delivery for multinational accounts in Puerto Rico and Caribbean countries
  • Manage Omega End to End Process for all Puerto Rico & Caribbean accounts as Producing Office and Issuing Office
  • Lead and manage the NAC Accounts (Captive and Non-Captive Insureds) portfolio as Producing and Issuing Office
  • Assist underwriters by providing technical support / program design on multinational programs
  • Work closely with Multinational Network stakeholders to validate new developments in their territories that could impact MN Programs
  • Ensure delivery of the highest quality of service to both brokers and clients on the portfolio of accounts
  • Supervise and perform work to ensure incoming requests and creation of Programs are processed within service levels and in adherence to guidelines
  • Be responsible for the deployment of country, regional and global multinational initiatives
  • Monitor production and ensure requests are processed within service level agreements
  • Be responsible for process and workflow management that meet standards in terms of timeliness, customer service, compliance, and quality
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Be responsible for staffing, expenses, and quality and production goals for the unit
  • Review, evaluate and process requests in accordance with standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Respond to client, broker and Requesting/Producing Office queries on territorial regulations and program structure
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
  • Prepare quotation slip/draft policy according to global program
  • Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation
  • Serve as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues
  • Monitor and solve service issues
  • Complete OMeGA status updates within SLAs and update un-issued tracking report on weekly basis
  • Serve as the MN Knowledge Champion for the scope of territories
  • Function as trainer for other staff
  • Expertise with Multinational platforms (MN Xpress, MN Xplore, Omega, MN Xchange, Power BI)
  • Any other related project or tasks
