Requirements

  • Knowledge/prior exposure to insurance concepts and products (Mandatory)
  • Intermediary English (Mandatory)
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate Knowledge

  • Ability to organize, plan and monitor the day-to-day activities
  • Knowledge & understanding of multinational concepts and practices (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of multinational inbound servicing procedures (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client, broker and Requesting Office queries on territorial regulations and program structure
  • Handle FL and GL portfolio accounts (small and medium accounts)
  • Relationship/Meetings with brokers (client facing role providing the day-to-day servicing)
  • Utilizing available AIG tools and Q5 for the completion of a comprehensive territorial analysis detailing the multinational regulatory requirements to be included in the quotation document
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on the operational process
  • Build relationships with underwriters and distribution
  • Bordereaux analysis monthly
  • Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation
  • Manage personal workflow in order to deliver SLAs
  • Provide excellent service to Clients and Broker partners through the execution and delivery of local policies in support of global programs that require local policy booking and issuance, premium billing and follow up of payments within standard SLAs and in compliance with local regulatory requirements in Brazil
