Efficiently and promptly answer client queries
Adhere to all Williams Lea policies and procedures
Interact courteously with clients and visitors, following company protocols
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence
Assist with hospitality services, such as guest reception and refreshments
Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors
Organise and maintain physical and digital files
Follow established procedures for document management
Retrieve and archive documents as needed
Assist with photocopying, printing, and other reprographic tasks
Ensure accurate reproduction of documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Sort, distribute, and process mail according to company guidelines
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Collaborate with colleagues to meet service levels
Maintain a responsive and adaptable approach
Recognise and understand client needs and translate client requirements into responsive services
Foster positive relationships between Williams Lea and clients
