Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and promptly answer client queries (Front of House and Reception)
  • Adhere to all Williams Lea policies and procedures
  • Interact courteously with clients and visitors, following company protocols
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence
  • Assist with hospitality services, such as guest reception and refreshments
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital files (Filing, Archive, and Document Management)
  • Follow established procedures for document management
  • Retrieve and archive documents as needed
  • Assist with photocopying, printing, and other reprographic tasks
  • Ensure accurate reproduction of documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Sort, distribute, and process mail according to company guidelines
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet service levels
  • Maintain a responsive and adaptable approach
  • Recognise and understand client needs and translate client requirements into responsive services
  • Foster positive relationships between Williams Lea and clients
