Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in leading internet companies or the gaming industry. Familiar with game development and operations processes, passionate about the gaming industry
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with global partner teams. Overseas study or work experience preferred
Familiar with mainstream public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) products and bare metal servers, with hands-on deployment experience. Experience in delivering large-scale resources (100,000+ cores) is a plus
Experienced in resource architecture design and operations management in multi-cloud environments. Proficient in public/private cloud APIs, IAM, Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and other tools, with experience in multi-cloud resource orchestration, network interconnection, and automated operations
Proficient in one or more scripting languages and commonly used libraries, such as Python or Golang
Bonus: Practical experience or certifications in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, security protection, or cost optimization in the gaming industry (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure certifications, CCIE, etc.)
Bonus: Familiar with UE4/5, Unity, and other game development pipelines, and experience in developing related pipeline tools
Bonus: Familiar with OSI Layer 2 to Layer 7 networking, with experience in the implementation and optimization of network products such as CDN, Anti-DDoS, WAF, and network acceleration

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for Tencent’s overseas invested game studios, including their R&D and operations teams, providing comprehensive support for the rational use of multi-cloud resources. This includes resource planning, deployment, optimization, and daily operations and maintenance
Liaise with Tencent’s overseas technical review team for games, establish and continuously optimize multi-cloud infrastructure-related review standards, and promote mutual understanding, solution implementation, and continuous improvement between overseas invested studios and Tencent’s internal teams
Address various technical issues related to network and infrastructure encountered in the daily operations of overseas invested studios, providing professional solutions. These include: multi-cloud resource orchestration and automation, multi-cloud network interconnection and carrier network quality optimization, network attack protection and security hardening, resource planning and cost optimization, operations and maintenance deployment, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting
Analyze the requirements and pain points of game studios, communicate and coordinate with internal product R&D teams, and drive the transformation of established processes and tools into general product capabilities
