Requirements

  • Significant experience in Sales & Clinical Sales
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

Responsibilities

  • Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national “show sites” and regional customer base
  • Develop specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others
  • Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
  • Use in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; apply working knowledge of competition and differentiating factors
  • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers; take new perspectives on existing solutions
  • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations; utilize multiple internal and limited external sources for decisions
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information; work to build consensus and develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within field
