Requirements

Ability to greet and engage members in person, assess needs, and provide consultative support on mortgage loans and escrow accounts
Proficiency in accurately onboarding new mortgage loans into servicing systems, including escrow/collateral setup, initial analysis, fund validation, and payment posting
Skills in determining IRS reporting status and resolving onboarding issues for data integrity and compliance
Experience managing inbound calls, delivering high-quality support, and completing administrative tasks
Capability to process helpdesk requests by creating, updating, and tracking support tickets
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve servicing concerns, identify root causes, make corrections, and follow up
Knowledge of administering insurance premiums (flood, hazard, force-placed) and property tax payments, including research and timely fund application
Ability to complete escrow analysis reviews on a quarterly cycle
Expertise in responding to inquiries on payment options, escrow statements/disbursements, PMI cancellations, modifications, partial releases, and lien subordinations
Skills in evaluating and administering PMI cancellations, insurance claims per policies and regulations
Proficiency in processing loan changes, calculating LTV ratios, interest rates, payments, and fees, and updating systems
Ability to review reports, monitor accounts/claims, identify corrections, and process adjustments/payments/payoffs
Experience monitoring HELOC low balance reports, researching risks, and safeguarding lien positions
Competence in setting up, modifying, and cancelling ACH requests
Skills in preparing mortgage releases for closed-end mortgages and HELOCs, including FNMA paid processes

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of mortgage loan servicing, including member requests/inquiries, tax/insurance/escrow analysis, account maintenance, payoff quotes, and PMI cancellations
Respond to member and staff concerns/questions in person, by phone, email, and voicemails
Greet members, assess needs, and provide consultative support for positive experiences
Onboard new mortgage loans, establish escrow/collateral records, conduct initial analysis, validate funds, post payments, and resolve issues
Manage inbound calls from Mortgage Servicing ACD line and complete related tasks
Process helpdesk requests by managing support tickets
Resolve servicing concerns through listening, root cause analysis, solutions, corrections, follow-up, and documentation
Administer insurance premiums and property tax payments with research and timely submission
Complete assigned escrow analysis reviews quarterly
Respond to inquiries on various mortgage topics while adhering to policies/regulations
Evaluate/administer PMI cancellations and insurance claims
Process loan change requests, including calculations and system updates
Review reports, monitor accounts/claims, and process adjustments/payments/payoffs
Monitor HELOC low balance reports and take actions to protect collateral liens
Handle setup, modification, and cancellation of member ACH requests
Prepare and process mortgage releases for closed-end mortgages and HELOCs
