This is an onsite position.

The position involves average work weeks of 40 hours per year, which is 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with potential for overtime during peak periods.

A minimum secondary school level (Grade 12 equivalent) is required, along with interest in glass work, enjoyment of teamwork and physical labor, comfort working at heights, and ability to handle heavy glass. An ASP construction card and skills cards are assets, and training is provided for those wanting to become a glass apprentice.
