Candidates must have Python coding skills with over 5 years of experience as a real-time monitoring engineer. They should also possess hands-on experience with relational databases for data analysis and visualization, proficiency in AWS services and tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, Lambda, API Gateway, and Config, and knowledge of ITSM incident workflow management. Experience with data visualization tools and Jupyter notebooks is required, along with the ability to understand AI-integrated tools for intelligent test automation, RPA with AI capabilities, and predictive analytics.
The Monitoring Engineer will oversee and report on telecom operations data, design comprehensive dashboards for system health monitoring, and capture essential performance metrics. Responsibilities also include conducting data analysis to identify traffic patterns and developing sophisticated anomaly detection and predictive models.
