Monitoring Engineer (RPA Developer)

Position Overview

As a Monitoring Engineer, you will oversee and report on telecom operations data, design comprehensive dashboards for system health monitoring, and capture essential performance metrics. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to identify traffic patterns and develop sophisticated anomaly detection and predictive models.

Requirements

• Python Coding Skills: 5+ years of experience as a real-time monitoring engineer.
• Database Experience: Hands-on experience with relational databases for data analysis and visualization.
• AWS Proficiency: Proficiency in AWS services and tools, including CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, Lambda, API Gateway, and Config.
• ITSM Knowledge: Knowledge of ITSM incident workflow management.
• Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools and Jupyter notebooks.
• AI Understanding: Ability to understand AI-integrated tools for intelligent test automation, RPA with AI capabilities, and predictive analytics.
