Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience deploying SaaS software and a minimum of 5 years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service. Preference is given to candidates with experience working within DHS, CBP, ICE, HSI, DEA, or possessing interagency or law enforcement (LE) experience. U.S. Person status is required.

Responsibilities

As a Mission Success Lead, you will own the delivery of capabilities outlined within contracted periods of performances (POPs), going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and over-deliver on mission outcomes. You will deeply understand the mission sets and pain points of users, attend where users are to understand value, and help build world-class software by bringing on-the-ground reality to the rest of the company. Additionally, you will direct resources as needed, including embedded personnel, product managers, and engineers, to achieve customer objectives and influence cross-team members to allocate resources effectively.
