Responsibilities

  • Produce store specific recommendations using a range of data sets to support the strategic and commercial scope
  • Work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders including modular planning, floor planning, commercial, and property
  • Support the wider team to ensure flows and adjacencies models are up to date and fit for purpose
  • Check store specific space data to ensure all plans meet strategic and commercial space requirements
  • Land the commercial strategy whilst protecting operational metrics in stores
  • Present store recommendations in meeting style forums, discuss openly, influence, cascade, and handle feedback/actions/requests
  • Produce accurate data records of confirmed scope for all projects for implementation and modular build teams
  • Work across several format types and project workstreams (superstores to convenience, single to multiple sites)
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the critical path
  • Ensure end-to-end midi space changes are delivered to a high standard across superstores, supercentres, supermarkets, and express stores
