  • Experience maintaining the hygiene of your CRM and data
  • Experience working with Shopify, ecommerce, and/or the post-purchase ecosystem (huge plus)
  • Experience working at a startup company (or a few) and navigating stages of rapid growth

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish monthly and annual revenue quotas through a consultative approach, breaking down online business models and pitching value to merchants
  • Act as the voice of the market, sharing insights with marketing, merchant success, and product teams
  • Sell to a variety of stakeholders (customer experience, technical, product, and accounting teams), partnering with internal domain leaders to scope and clarify sales
  • Accurately manage, track, and forecast revenue opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Merchant Success, Sales Development, Marketing teams, and others to drive opportunities through your pipeline
  • Travel 2-3 times domestically per quarter to events or offsites
