Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online
  • Knowledge of Unified Messaging features (voicemail, auto-attendant, PBX/VoIP integration)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Understanding of SMTP mail flow
  • Basic knowledge of security and compliance tools (e.g., Proofpoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willing to work in Cebu office

Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging systems and related components
  • Provide advanced technical support for Exchange UM, including voicemail integration, call answering rules, and auto-attendant configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and migration of UM services
  • Monitor system performance, apply patches, and conduct regular health checks to maintain service stability
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and data protection policies
  • Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies for messaging systems
  • Provide “white-glove” support to internal stakeholders and assist in onboarding and issue resolution for M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
