Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience working with Dynamics 365, Office 365, and the Power Platform
  • Experience working as a System Administrator
  • Experience with application management lifecycle tools/source control, such as Azure DevOps/GitHub
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, Product & Technology Expertise, Project Management, Strategic Insight
  • Understanding of the core Dynamics 365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite
  • Preferred: Experience working with Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps

Responsibilities

  • Administration and support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales and other configuration platform entities
  • Lead coaching/mentoring of CRM Administrators and Users via Learning Labs, Live User Support, and Office Hours sessions
  • Maintenance of custom configurations and integrations of applications within the Dynamics 365 environments
  • Development of integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)
  • Establish best practices for support and knowledge sharing of the functionality of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment
  • Contribute to and support the Dynamics platform 3-year roadmap and the product SDLC
  • Work with the NielsenIQ Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across applications and datasets when using Dataverse with PowerBI
  • Train and coach CRM admins and liaise with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their needs
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure standards and security requirements are met
