Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams within Microsoft 365
  • Design and optimize governance models, lifecycle management processes, and automation frameworks
  • Administer and enhance AvePoint Cloud Governance, including policy enforcement and automation
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
  • Lead data migration and modernization projects using tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, and Microsoft native utilities
  • Remediate and retire InfoPath solutions by migrating forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and low-code solutions for governance and automation
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to align with governance requirements
  • Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and lead incident and problem management
  • Support AI-driven capabilities and next-generation automation within Microsoft 365
