Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of Plexus’ Operational Excellence Strategy roadmap at the site
  • Provide leadership and direction to site and service center resources for lean six sigma methodology
  • Lead and implement CI Metrics such as Education, Cultural Enablers, and Transformation Cost improvements
  • Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, reporting to Site GM or Site Operations Leadership
  • Ensure alignment of all Operational Excellence activity with business strategic goals and lead related initiatives
  • Ensure I4.0 and Digital Tools alignment in the site
  • Deploy the Plexus System of Operational Excellence (PSOE) as standard work across home sites
  • Provide feedback on Operational Excellence proposals to Regional CI Director and Global C.I. Leadership
  • Lead business analysis of proposed projects and prioritize against organizational needs
  • Lead Site BEST Program engagement
  • Facilitate site’s Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team to achieve targeted financial impact
  • Develop, update, and own site Operational Excellence processes, metrics, and associated tools, ensuring standard work alignment globally and regionally
  • Exemplify Plexus Core Values and hold team accountable; evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and provide development/coaching for employees
