Requirements

  • Show impeccable image and correct body expressiveness as the first face of the institution

  • Apply the Customer Service Model with all Clients and Non-Clients
  • Know the main operations derivable to alternate channels (supermóvil, Santander web, Superlinea, ATMs, multicajeros, corresponsales)
  • Know requirements for signing up or contracting digital products
  • Know requirements for opening digital accounts (e.g., N2, nómina digital)
  • Know requirements for branch procedures and validate physical client documents
  • Identify users (non-clients) and invite them to become Santander clients via Portabilidad de Nómina, with high domain in sensitivity and need detection
  • Handle client information with total confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Manage client/non-client flow outside the branch, in self-service area, and inside the branch
  • Inquire with clients and non-clients about the type of operation to perform
  • Profile clients and non-clients to identify if operation derivation applies
  • Ensure clients have necessary keys/claves to operate in attention channels
  • Promote use of alternate channels (supermóvil, Santander web, Superlinea, ATMs, multicajeros, corresponsales) effectively and attractively
  • Provide personalized service, support, and clarify doubts on alternate channels to build trust and good experience
  • Advise in self-service area (ATMs, multicajeros, Superlinea) on all functionalities
  • Support clients in affiliating to digital channels (Santander Web, supermóvil, banca telefónica) via app
  • Advise on updating notification methods for digital operations to improve experience and reduce wait times
  • Orient and teach clients advantages of digital channels SuperMóvil and Santander Web
  • Promote programs like paperless, domiciliación, etc
  • Derive self-service operations to alternate channels to reduce branch operations
  • Advise clients on checking account statements (via Santander web/supermóvil)
  • Promote and derive Portabilidades de nómina from Neo via supermóvil
  • Derive clients with credit card offers to executives or service banker
  • Teach and accompany clients to use the Direccionador, ensuring good experience through effective listening and communication
