Ability to interpret and present complex datasets and generate actionable insights

Skilled in developing and maintaining dashboards, performance reports, and data-driven presentations
Ability to combine visualizations from multiple sources to tell an effective story

Responsibilities

Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Marketing Operations and Executive Leadership
Collect, analyze, and report management data to support decisions on operations, strategic planning, and business performance
Collate, model, interpret, and analyze data (variances and trends)
Identify and document enhancements to modeling techniques
Prepare operations analyses, including competitors, operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and make recommendations for improvement
Develop process analyses, designs, and simulations
Leverage basic AI tools and features (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP) to enrich data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide information to ensure effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials
Perform analyses of operation’s cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations
Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation’s business scorecard
Lead/manage and deliver projects to high quality and standard
