Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work with Industrial Engineering Managers, adhering to EOS system procedures and following Flow 4 (Product and Process Development) instructions
  • Design new and change engineering launches for Manufacturing System Design (MSD) adhering to BOP, BOT, BOE
  • Define pre-planning activities based on product changes or launches
  • Ensure adherence to timelines for pre-planning to meet customer schedules
  • Maintain metrics for MSD efficiency
  • Design work instructions and training for MSD systems and visual controls
  • Update pre-planning and engineering change documentation daily
  • Review FTQ (First Time Quality) and determine process action plans, adjusting PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and PFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Review and approve changes to procedures
  • Quote "Change Requests" (CRs) and manage ECM (Engineering Change Management)
  • Implement new technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Issue notifications and work plans to all areas
  • Manage critical work routes
  • Review customer requirements and ensure compliance with EOS/IATF 16849
  • Document changes
