Strong experience in deal strategy, due diligence, integration, and value creation is required, alongside a proven ability to lead engagement teams and provide strategic advice to senior executives.
As a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Consultant/Principal, you will leverage your industry knowledge and network to guide clients through M&A strategy, conduct thorough due diligence, oversee integration processes, and ultimately drive value creation for clients, while also playing a key role in attracting and developing top consulting talent within the Life Sciences practice.
