Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of X-SPORTS EQ assortment
  • Be a consumer, product and merchandising expert for Omni channel (NDDC + NSO)
  • Build product assortments aligned with the strategy and vision for Nike Direct channels and handle all the deliverables according to consumer code
  • Ensure assortments support financial targets in partnership with Planning
  • Create channel distinction to drive business healthy growth
  • Drive franchise health across the portfolio, aligned by gender and marketplace team
  • Set merchandising strategy
  • Lead the team to bring end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts
  • Serve consumer with the most relevant products to enable Nike’s vision and drive sustainable growth
  • Focus on SB, Look of Field/Look of Basketball
