  • Ability to monitor food/merchandise quality, ensure product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and maintain merchandising/stocking/zoning/cleaning across departments
  • Capability to oversee picking/staging of club pick-up orders per company policies
  • Skills in developing/communicating/implementing processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standards, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
  • Ensure sales floor/merchandise presentation by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing merchandise, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing per policies, identifying shrink/damages, and securing fragile/high-shrink items
