- Proficiency in maintaining sales floor/merchandise presentation, handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing merchandise, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, and securing fragile/high-shrink items
- Ability to monitor food/merchandise quality, ensure product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, merchandising categories, stocking/zoning/cleaning departments
- Capability to oversee picking/staging of club pick-up orders per company policies
- Skills in developing/communicating/implementing processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, offering guidance on self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services
- Assist management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals/feedback, training on processes/procedures, providing direction on member service, ensuring issue resolution per guidelines, enforcing policies, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting/hiring/scheduling/promoting/coaching/evaluating
- Receive/stock supplies/merchandise from distribution centers/vendors, organize/maintain sales floor using equipment, and complete paperwork/logs/documentation per policies
- Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standards, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
- Ensure sales floor/merchandise presentation by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise
