- Provides member service: acknowledges members, identifies needs, assists with purchases, locates merchandise, guides on self-service tech, handles transactions/registers/self-checkout, fills club pickup orders
- Oversees area: handles claims/returns, zones area, organizes merchandise, identifies shrink/damages, maintains carts/flatbeds, assists with transport, uses cart retrieval equipment, maintains parking lot cleanliness
- Completes accounting: follows procedures, provides register funds, creates/interprets financial reports, assists investigations, prepares deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigates overages/shortages, maintains confidentiality/accuracy
- Develops/communicates/implements processes by collaborating, analyzing info, monitoring progress, identifying improvements
- Demonstrates/promotes compliance with policies, ethics, integrity; explains/guides application, implements action plans, uses Open Door Policy, assists with corrections
