A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, including at least 2 years managing other managers or senior individual contributors. Demonstrated experience in the healthcare, health benefits, or a related highly regulated industry is highly preferred, along with proven expertise in overseeing strategy and execution across multiple disciplines. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and executive coaching skills are essential, as are outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels.
The Director, Advocacy Enablement will provide strategic direction and oversight for training programs, including onboarding, ongoing education, and upskilling, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry needs. They will guide the establishment and maintenance of a knowledge management strategy to ensure timely access to accurate information for Member Care Advocates. This role involves leading the design and execution of a quality assurance and coaching framework to drive consistent, high-quality member interactions and performance improvement. The Director will coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, empowering them to own their program strategies and execution while serving as a key strategic partner to various internal teams. Responsibilities also include communicating programmatic efforts and KPI performance, ensuring seamless integration of new service offerings and policy updates, establishing KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ROI, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. The Director will represent operations in external client meetings.
