Responsibilities
- Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, including helping members with purchases and ensuring carts are ready and available
- Assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience
- Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members for delays, informing about unavailable products, offering alternatives, selecting/packaging products per policies, dispensing items, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases/decisions, processing purchases/payments, using cash registers, locating/organizing merchandise, zoning areas, resolving issues, promoting products/services, organizing/maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with transporting items, using cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering questions as needed
