Responsibilities

Zuständig für Projekte sämtlicher Digitaler Lösungen der Fresenius Medical Care
Unterstützen des Verkaufsaussendienstes bei technischen Fragen
Führen selbstständiger Projektsitzungen mit Kunden
Analysieren von Kundenbedürfnissen und Festlegen der Schnittstellen zur Projektumsetzung
Installieren und Einrichten der Software auf dem Kundensystem
Durchführen von Funktionskontrollen
Vollständige Dokumentation der Installation (für regulatorische Anforderungen)
Kundensupport an der Hotline in bestimmten Situationen
