Position Overview

This role is responsible for sales activities within a designated territory, focusing on customer engagement, product promotion, and business development. The position requires consistent field activity, strategic planning, and effective communication with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Activities:

  • Field Visits: Ensure 4.5 days of regular visits per week.
  • Effective Calls: Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
  • Customer Coverage: Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level customers.

VIP Visits:

  • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital personnel (e.g., hospital directors, pharmacy department heads, pharmacy committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned region to gain maximum support.

Product Introduction Meetings:

  • Organize at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance physician understanding of products.

Performance Development:

  • Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
  • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.

Territory Management:

  • Plan and manage hospitals within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly update customer and department information within the territory.
  • Expand business in the territory through meticulous cultivation.

Financial Management:

  • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager, considering market conditions.
  • Expend funds after Regional Manager approval.
  • Submit expenses to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of occurrence.

Product Management:

  • Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, in accordance with the strategies of the company's marketing department product managers and specific regional conditions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Participate in weekly team meetings for product knowledge sessions.
  • Undergo regular product knowledge tests, which will be used for performance evaluation.

Business Skills:

  • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.

Daily Work Hours:

  • Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work within the territory daily.
  • Be available and contactable between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for the company and customers, meaning mobile phones must be kept switched on during this period (communication and transportation allowances are provided).
