JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily Visits: Ensure 4.5 days of normal visiting time per week. Daily face-to-face effective visits should not be less than 12 people. Ensure correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level customers.
  • VIP Visits: At least once a month, visit the主管院长 (Director/President), 药剂科主任 (Director of Pharmacy Department), 药事委员会成员 (Member of Pharmacy Committee), and 重要学科带头人 (Key Discipline Leaders) of important hospitals within the fixed territory to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings: Hold at least one product introduction meeting per week to expand doctors' understanding of the products.
  • Performance Development: At the beginning of each month, plan for the fixed territory responsible for based on company targets, and track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management: Rationally plan hospitals within the fixed territory responsible for, and regularly update departmental information of customers within the territory. Expand business in the territory with the principle of fine cultivation.
  • Financial Management: At the beginning of each month, based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager, propose market activity expense pre-applications based on market conditions. After approval by the Regional Manager, incur expenses and submit them to the DM within 3 weeks of the expense occurrence.
  • Product Management: Based on the strategies of product managers in the company's marketing department, and according to the specific situation of your fixed territory, formulate product development plans and key product development plans at the beginning of each month, especially for new product development.
  • Product Knowledge: Conduct product knowledge explanations during weekly meetings and regularly conduct exams. Exam scores will be used as a basis for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills: Effectively use learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.
