Previous sales experience in a similar role within pharmaceuticals or FMCG is required, along with proficiency in English and computer skills (MS Office). A valid driver's license (category B), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen, a sense of responsibility, independence, reliability, a professional appearance, customer-centricity, strong organizational and time-management abilities, a proactive approach, flexibility, and a willingness for continuous learning are essential.
The Medical Representative will represent the company and its values to healthcare providers, be responsible for sales results in the assigned territory (Prague), and implement the Value Based Selling marketing and sales strategy. This includes regularly contacting and visiting physicians, developing long-term customer relationships, and providing relevant information about medicinal products and related diseases. The role involves actively promoting company products at medical congresses, analyzing territory potential, planning activities, creating and executing short-term and long-term plans, and monitoring the business environment. Responsibilities also include preparing and participating in customer seminars, working on promotional tasks, collaborating with internal departments, monitoring hospital processes related to Lilly products, supporting marketing and medical projects, managing a budget, reporting on territory performance, and fulfilling administrative duties. The representative must also deepen their professional knowledge, adhere to company guidelines and legal regulations for drug promotion, and follow good distribution practices when providing samples.
