Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in sales activities with existing and new customers
  • Preferably: Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Preferably: Pharmacist, registered dietitian qualification, or foundational education/knowledge in nutrition, biochemistry, etc
  • Preferably: Experience handling core hospitals or university hospitals
  • High IT literacy and sufficient PC skills

Responsibilities

  • As dedicated MR for Abbott nutrition products, conduct high-specialty promotion activities to expand product use in high-potential core facilities and elderly care facilities, spreading across the entire area
  • Lead and implement new proposals and activities for branch MRs
  • Under branch manager's direction, collaborate with Market Access Manager to influence branch-wide performance improvement
  • Proactively develop and propose sales strategies for area/territory to branch manager, contribute to both territory and branch plan achievement
  • Plan and execute high-specialty promotions (study sessions, explanatory meetings, etc.) in high-potential facilities to expand Abbott product use
  • Cover TG doctors and high-potential home care doctors in the area to expand Abbott product penetration
  • Collaborate with Access Manager to strengthen KOL relationships, organize regional medical professionals by affiliation/specialty, build regional collaboration systems to enhance penetration speed
  • Collaborate with Distribution Policy Dept. and Market Access Dept
  • Promote Abbott initiatives in special agents' branches and sales departments
  • Advance activities to permeate Abbott product value in the market
