Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market and healthcare landscape. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in navigating complex sales environments.
The Medical Representative will be responsible for conducting daily visits to clients, ensuring a minimum of 12 face-to-face interactions per day, and maintaining appropriate coverage of A and B-level customers. They will organize and lead product introduction meetings, develop and implement product development plans based on market needs, and regularly update customer information within their assigned territory. Additionally, they will monitor and report on sales performance, manage expenses within budget guidelines, and comply with all relevant legal and company policies.
