Position Overview

This role is responsible for driving sales and market penetration within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare institutions and promoting company products.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Visits:
    • Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of regular visits per week.
    • Achieve at least 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
    • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.
  • VIP Visits:
    • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital personnel (e.g., Presidents, Directors of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned territory to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings:
    • Organize at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance doctor's understanding of the products.
  • Performance Development:
    • Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
    • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management:
    • Plan and manage hospitals within the assigned territory.
    • Regularly update departmental information for clients within the territory.
    • Expand business within the territory through meticulous cultivation.
  • Financial Management:
    • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the Regional Manager and market conditions.
    • Expend funds after approval from the Regional Manager.
    • Submit expenses to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of incurrence.
  • Product Management:
    • Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, in accordance with strategies from the company's marketing department and product managers, considering specific territory conditions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Participate in weekly team meetings for product knowledge sessions.
    • Undergo regular product knowledge tests, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills:
    • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.
  • Daily Work Hours:
    • Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work within the territory daily.
    • Maintain availability (phone on) between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for company and client contact (communication/transportation allowance is provided).
  • Reporting Management:
