Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries via phone, email, internet, or mail regarding pharmaceutical or device products
  • Process fulfillments and provide clinical trial information or after-hours on-call support
  • Analyze inquiries to formulate accurate and concise responses using client-approved resources, and record inquiries and interactions in databases per organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
  • Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints according to guidelines, and provide follow-up support as needed
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of project and corporate policies, procedures, client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with internal and external client contacts to resolve complex inquiries, including researching medical literature and drafting responses
  • Provide medical and technical information to healthcare providers and patients on drugs/products (e.g., dosage, formulation, contraindications, side effects)
  • Collect adverse event report details (e.g., symptoms, patient profile, drug administration timing) and forward to case processing team
