Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, which is preferred, and at least 2 years of experience as an Imaging Technologist in an imaging center or relevant clinical trial environment. Experience with PET, X-Ray, MRI, and CT modalities is advantageous, along with experience working with computer software such as Word, Excel, and Access. Prior experience working with clinical trials and/or within a pharmaceutical environment is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Medical Imaging Technologist will ensure Quality, including Protocol Compliance and Technical Adequacy, of Image Data by reviewing and analyzing image data, verifying compliance with project protocols, generating image queries, working with the therapeutic team to resolve quality issues, archiving data, and performing image analysis functions. They will also participate in client or internal demonstrations, review and prepare images for submission, identify project requirements related to image quality, provide support for technical imaging issues, perform study initiation visits, assist in the design and implementation of study forms, and assist in writing and reviewing imaging guidelines and manuals. Furthermore, they will maintain Quality Service and Departmental Standards by adhering to SOPs, participating in user acceptance testing, assisting in the modification of SOPs, and participating in site surveys.
