Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
1+ year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Event planning experience (a plus)
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to interact with physicians and healthcare professionals professionally
Creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, and flexible

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for medical education programs, including planning, site contracting, and facilitating seamless execution of in-person and virtual components
Assemble, ship, and distribute course materials to ensure timely delivery and preparedness
Facilitate key relationships with third-party vendors (travel agencies, rideshare/car service companies, etc.) to ensure successful program execution
Provide on-site support for Medical Education Programs as and when required, including local and out-of-state travel over weekends
Assist with assembling presentation and educational materials in support of physician and customer programs
Prepare and maintain inventory of all necessary course materials and demo products
Support Professional Education CE credit programs
Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and domestic/global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures
Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and procedures
Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
