Candidates should possess a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or a related specialty, along with a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, preferably in hematology or oncology. Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is essential.
The Medical Director will develop and implement Clinical Development Plans (CDPs), provide strategic leadership for clinical trials, and ensure adherence to GCP regulations. They will lead clinical programs across various indications, offer therapeutic area medical and scientific expertise, prepare scientific documents such as abstracts and manuscripts, anticipate industry trends, engage and inspire the development team, and oversee clinical content for regulatory inquiries and adverse event reviews.
